About Kidsgrove Care Solutions
Kidsgrove Care Solutions....the journey so far..
Established by work colleagues Wendy Lear and Mick Lunt, who both have over 30 years experience in supporting adults with a learning disability and Autism. Both Wendy and Mick believe that all adults with different abilities should experience full and exciting lives, and so they followed their passion by leading and developing their team to become highly skilled, experienced and committed staff that promote a strength based support approach to empower independence, inclusion and choice in their every day practice.
Kidsgrove Care Solutions supports each of our members to seek the opportunities to expand and enhance their existing skills and strengths by offering a personalised approach. We strive to develop new skills and for our members to fulfill their goals and dreams.
Our Ethos
“We truly understand the difference it makes to have someone who is trustworthy, competent and fun to work with you.
A person that wants the best for you and your family, to support your choices, your lifestyle and your future. We can build in flexibility, so if you need more care one day and less on another day, we'll make that happen”
Kidsgrove Care Solutions began its journey in 2013 with the opening of Brighter Nights social club. Following this success, Kidsgrove Care Solutions day opportunities opened in March 2014, the company has continued to grow and flourish and we now have five day opportunity services which are based in both the areas of Staffordshire and Cheshire.
We opened our short stay bungalow in 2015 and following on from this success, we went on to establish our residential bungalow. Both of our bungalows are situated in the Talke Pits area of Staffordshire and we strive to offer a personalised service which focuses on independence, enjoyment and inclusion.
"Thanks to our dedicated team we believe that Kidsgrove Care Solutions will grow from strength to strength and we can continue our journey in supporting our new and existing members to grow with us"
